Where are your products made?

All ULI pieces are designed in London and produced in small batches with trusted partners who prioritise quality, comfort, and thoughtful craftsmanship. Each drop is intentionally limited so we can keep standards high.

How do I choose the right size?

We know every small legend is built differently.
You’ll find a full size guide on each product page with measurements for length, chest, and neck.
If your pup is between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort.

What makes ULI different?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

We design for city dogs and their fashion-loving humans.
Comfort and style shouldn’t be opposites, so we combine soft, cosy fabrics with prints and silhouettes that actually look good.
Our drops are small, curated, and made to last.

Are your drops limited?

Yes. Very.
Each size and print is produced in a small batch, so once a piece sells out, it’s gone for good (at least for that colourway).
Newsletter subscribers always get early access so they don’t miss out.

How do I care for my ULI piece?

Most fleece and coats can be hand-washed or gently machine-washed on cold and air-dried.
No tumble drying, bleach, or ironing, keep it simple, and your piece will stay fresh.

Each item comes with specific care instructions on the label.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, for now, we only ship within the UK as we’re just getting started. We’ll expand to international shipping in the near future!

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on heavily worn or damaged items.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Absolutely, as long as the size you want is still in stock.
Because our drops are limited, exchanges depend on availability.

How often do you restock?

ULI works in limited drops to keep things fresh, curated, and special.

Can I get early access to launches?

Yes, newsletter subscribers always get first access, discounts, and sneak peeks.
