We ship from London to wherever your small legend lives inside the UK.
Delivery options and rates will appear at checkout based on your location.
• Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days.
• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Returns
We want every pup to feel (and look) amazing. If something isn’t quite right:
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the item.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we can’t accept returns of worn or damaged pieces.
